چکیده

High-gain observers are powerful tools for estimating the state of nonlinear systems. However, their design poses several challenges due to need dealing with phenomena such as peaking and chattering. To address these issues, we propose a differentiator operator based on non linear second order high-gain observer, which is suited class dynamical Our method includes procedure determine high gains in avoid chattering case noise-free models, cut-off frequency gain noisy measurements. Complementary, suggest performing observability analyses ensure a priori feasibility estimation. The main strengths our approach its simplicity robustness. We demonstrate performance proposed by applying it two processes (chemical biological).

abstract type-ii fuzzy logic has shown its superiority over traditional fuzzy logic when dealing with uncertainty. type-ii fuzzy logic controllers are however newer and more promising approaches that have been recently applied to various fields due to their significant contribution especially when the noise (as an important instance of uncertainty) emerges. during the design of type- i fuz...

A hybrid scheme for reducing peaking in high-gain observers for a class of nonlinear systems

For a family of nonlinearly interconnected second order plants, we propose a hybrid modification of the well known high-gain observer design, which leads to guaranteed asymptotic stability properties of the error dynamics, as well as exhibiting significantly reduced peaking. The hybrid modification results in suitable jumps of the observer state, which therefore corresponds to a discontinuous f...

On Output Feedback Nonlinear Model Predictive Control Using High Gain Observers for a Class of Systems

In recent years, nonlinear model predictive control schemes have been derived that guarantee stability of the closed loop under the assumption of full state information. However, only limited advances have been made with respect to output feedback in connection to nonlinear predictive control. Most of the existing approaches for output feedback nonlinear model predictive control do only guarant...
